Balcony panels for flats and apartments


 

The old wooden fascias were rotting, unsafe and unsightly. 

This is another refurbishment project we took on for a housing association.  The old wooden fascias were rotting, unsafe and unsightly.  We refurbished all the posts and replaced the fascias with perforated mild steel panels which were powder coated white and installed in these blocks of flats

We were approached by a Housing Association who wanted to replace the old fashioned, unattractive and rotting wooden balcony panels on a block of flats they were responsible for.  We fabricated new metal balconies from perforated steel which was galvanised and powder coated to give it a long lasting, low maintenance finish.
