Many owners/tenants of commercial and industrial properties have commissioned up to design, fabricate and install steel staircases, gantries, walkways and handrailing, often on mezzanine floors in order to provide a safe but cost-effective way of providing access.

Staircase, handrail and balustrade

We provided a solution for our client who had no access from his french doors on the first floor of his home, to his garden.  We fabricated a small terrace and steel staircase, with handrail and balustrade.

Platform/balcony all completed with handrails

This client needed access to their garden from the french doors in their sitting room which were slightly elevated from garden level.  A site meeting with the client and our engineer enabled us to create a design that provided safe access via a small metal staircase and platform/balcony all completed with handrails and balustrade for safety.
